I’m Andra Biondi, your Liberal for Victoria Park. 

I was born and raised locally, went to school at Holy Name Primary School, and have lived in the area for over 23 years. I am connected to, and passionate about this community.

My family first arrived from Argentina in 1974 and chose to make Carlisle home. We have remained here since, with our original home still in our family today. 

Being raised by my mum, my uncle and my grandparents, starting from modest means, has taught me the value of hard work, having a go, and making a better life for our family and community.

I am a qualified Town Planner and have previously worked within State and Local Government, as well as private sectors – currently working as a private town planning consultant. My experience working for small businesses has helped me understand the challenges that they face.

Like many local residents, I believe that Victoria Park has been left behind. Crime is increasing, seniors and families don’t feel safe in their homes anymore. Traffic congestion has gotten worse, and local small businesses are still struggling to get back on their feet.

As someone that lives and works locally, I’m constantly listening to the community and will work to create local solutions.

As a member of the Liberal team, I’m fighting for real action on the cost of living, better access to local health services, more resources for local police, and support for local businesses and entrepreneurs to create jobs.

I have the energy and experience to be a strong voice for you in the State Parliament.
